Progress Report August 2026

We actually got some editing done this month on Romance book 2.  I am trying out my new system of editing and formatting:

Very high tech.

Putting it in electronic form doesn’t work for my noggin, though. Perhaps it’s because I’m eld. Maybe I’m resistant to change. Maybe it’s the ADHD.

Anyhoo, this system seems to be working, when I actually sit my butt in the chair and work.

My props for the cover art photo shoot are done, I just want to wait until the leaves turn a bit before getting the raw shots that I will then fuck up with GIMP.

We are still puttering with spreadsheets, and trying to figure out a system that works best for me.

Right now, expenses and income going on the same sheet seem to be better for my brain. My sales are still tiny enough that I can easily experiment with how to document those. I think I may go with a sheet similar to the money sheet, until I become fabulously famous, and can then hire people to do the grunt work for me.
