April 1 question – If you have a playlist (or could put one together) that either gets you in the groove to write or fits with one of your books, what is it? What type of music or what songs?
This really depends on the vibe. For “A Special Blend of Crazy” it was a lot of Bon Jovi and Alice Cooper. For “Heralds of Change” I obsessively listened to Nickelback.
The steampunk series I’m pushing around is mostly Lindsey Stirling. The second romance novel I’ll be putting out is that plus the Piano Guys and related genre. For the book 2 in the Heritage Blood Saga, I listened to the Braveheart soundtrack endlessly.
Sometimes I listen to a loop of Office Ambience.
Yes, I know. I have problems. The meds are taking the edge off.
