Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow

What’s different today, than yesterday? Why do we always wait until tomorrow? What makes tomorrow any different from yesterday or today?

What does a date, or next Monday, or tomorrow, have in terms of meaning that today doesn’t have? Why does it need to be tomorrow? Why not now? Why not 530pm tonight? Why not lunchtime?

The diet, the exercise, the reading, the crafting, the building, the tearing down, the writing, the music lessons, all of that. Why is it always a resolution for later?

Why do we need to psych ourselves up to do “the thing”? Does time really make a difference?

Assuming money isn’t the issue; assuming you don’t have to radically reorganize your schedule; what is it that makes us procrastinate on “the thing”?

Is it because we think baby steps aren’t “real progress”?
