June 5 question – In this constantly evolving industry, what kind of offering/service do you think the IWSG should consider offering to members?

Oooo…. psychological counseling? Energy drink recipes that actually work and don’t taste like butt?
But seriously, I think while we all have some of the same needs (pitch practice sessions, agent hook-ups, online workshop X, list of useful sites A…), some of us have different needs.
Like a kick in the ass, metaphorically speaking.
But, in lieu of starting a business stalking writers in chat rooms bemoaning their inability to just sit down and write, surreptitiously gathering location and phone information to feed to a local gang with a contract to “scare up some inspiration and discipline” in a specific target, perhaps we should consider more practical options with lower insurance and litigation costs.
I know there was at least one attempt at setting up an unofficial IWSG conference, and a few attempts by other IWSG members to create local meeting groups for their areas, so maybe that could be a thing? Or maybe a mentor program: “newbie writer A” signs up and gets paired with “old hand X” based on similar genres or publishing paths or something.
